Feature requests

I think the add ons feature can be very useful but if we have season ticket holders already with their tickets they can't use the feature as they aren't purchasing anything where as if it was separate and they go into the app on game day they could use the Add On option to get a programme etc ahead of time

Integrate with Mailchimp. Sync the marketing audience between Fanbase and Mailchimp. This would make it easier for clubs with a Mailchimp account to market their fans via email.

Possibility to upload fixtures for a competition on fixture release day, but then not publish these publicly until a specific time to allow all fixtures to show at the same time, but not fall foul of any league rules around releases etc.

Capture data from potential customers that do not complete a sale. Abandonment represents significant lost revenue. This data would allow us to retarget those buyers with offers or to help them complete their purchase. Would need to know what was added to the cart, email and/or phone number.

Is it possible to offer fans an automated refund button if a game is postponed and they can't make the rescheduled date? It would be good if you could give them options such as: Full Refund Credit note/Move ticket(s) to another available game Donate to charity 50/50 charity/club Donate to club The last 3 would release the ticket to be able to resold for the fixture.

Can you include fans current points total on the csv download

Can there be an indication on the Fan Profile page if the fan is a season ticket holder or not

as an admin I would like the ability to setup a ticket to go live at a certain time and stop sales at a certain time. This would be really helpful for events and hospitality that food is on sale as we normally need to close 1/2 days before to give the caterer time.

The possibility of introducing NFC season tickets for Apple/Google wallets

We had a game postponed due to the weather and decided to refund tickets. It was a long process having to go into each order and click refund. Ideally there would be a select all then "bulk action" button which has the option to refund
