Can we please have an audience specifically for season ticket holders and/or memberships Obvious omission really

Request for optional inclusion of a new field mandating the users telephone number (when selling season tickets for instance) in addition to other fields like email

Would be good to have the ability to pause a season ticket for instance if a fan was on a payment plan with the club and maybe missed a payment. Rather than have to cancel and reissue if/when arrears are caught up.

The ability to only allow someone to purchase a maximum or minimum number of tickets on a specific tariff. For example, if it was group of 7 adults looking for a group ticket, you could create a tariff for groups of 7-10 adults and then they can only purchase the maximum or minimum allowed as part of that group.

being able to set a promo code for just Adult, Child or Family tickets, for example

Is it planned to provide a hyperkink to an existing club merchandise site that will appear in the match centre? That would be helpful. Thanks

At the moment the Priority fans option in ticket sales is only open to priority fans, or season ticket holders. Is it possible to assign this to Members?

as an admin I would like the ability to delete content in the portal along with the ability to archive. I appreciate the nervousness of adding it as people can go wild but I think a two step deletion process would resolve that. User clicks “delete” Prompt “if you are sure you want to delete this, please type delete this content now” Would make the portal much tidier.

Is it possible to stretch the points option to events? Currently it's only set up for match day membership and season ticket.

Hi All, Is there a possibility to roll over club sponsors from one season to another. It would be an additional admin task to re-create all the sponsors from last season into this one who have just renewed. At the moment in the match day creator I can only add the 2025 sponsors that I have created. Regards Tom
