We want to give our security company access to the entry dashboard and not access to the whole admin of the site.

As an admin or marketing manager, I would like the ability to alter a fans marketing preferences from within the admin area of Fanbase A user may contact the club via email, phone or letter asking for their preferences to be altered (unsubscribed) and there is no means for us to do this which opens up GDPR issues. This should then be reflected accurately within the users account and any marketing lists downloadable from Fanbase.

Teya readers already support direct payment for match tickets etc,but on the teya device with the built in scanner, can the Fanbase App be installed on here so in essence there is just a single device needed on the turnstiles to streamline the process, and ensure anyone staffing the turnstiles has the equipment needed to hand - and if we need to move people around at short notice we dont need to make sure they have scan access in the app.

Admin to the platform is currently binary, all or nothing. It would be good to be able to give people permission to admin certain areas of the platform. Super Admin - Has access to everything. Admin has access to most features. Finance admin - who can see reporting and financial info. Ticketing Manager - and so on

It would be useful to provide a Read only role so that event organisers can view/download ticket sales without the need to give administrator access hiding, where relevant PII.

Integrate with Mailchimp. Sync the marketing audience between Fanbase and Mailchimp. This would make it easier for clubs with a Mailchimp account to market their fans via email.

As an admin I would like to be able to set sales cut off times for add-ons which would be within the overarching sales period of the parent sales period. For example, an add on may close it's sales x minutes or hours earlier than the parent fixture or event

As an admin I would like to have the ability to set and manage ticket capacity at a lower level. Whilst overarching capacity exists at a stadium, fixture or event level I may have a specific number of tickets in a grouping that I want to sell. e.g. a car park ticket group containing two or more car parks within, each car park has a specific capacity player sponsorship ticket group where a list of player tickets are contained and only 1 ticket of each player could exist In both examples, setting an overarching capacity isn't appropriate.

Our members complain about the auto-renewal of their memberships because they do not get notified before the payment is taken. There should be an email sent to notify before the renewal happens. This is mostly an issue for yearly memberships as they don't know it will automatically renew. All members should get notified before a payment is taken out of their account.
