Feature requests

I have created season tickets for players, who have transferred them to family or friends. However after a single match they wish to have them back. I understand that admin can change the email address for the tickets that should return them. However this is creating work for admin. It should be possible for the original season ticket holder to manage the transfer of tickets on a game by game basis. I have received tickets for matches in the premiership from season tickets holders who manage this.

Creating a credit feature for accounts on the system so that refunds can go back to this rather than a direct monetary refund

Functionality for an admin to be able to transfer tickets from one fixture to another instead of processing a refund

I think the add ons feature can be very useful but if we have season ticket holders already with their tickets they can't use the feature as they aren't purchasing anything where as if it was separate and they go into the app on game day they could use the Add On option to get a programme etc ahead of time

As a user I would like the ability to upload a bulk list of customers to distribute tickets too (typically comp tickets). This could be in the form of a .csv file detailing the name, email, ticket type.

If we refund to the original card there is fee's to do it. It would be good to be able to refund to the users account. This way FB would hold the money and it can be reused for a purchase in the future. Would be good to give it as an options Would you like a refund to your original card or account?

As an admin I would like the ability to sent season tickets using the "New Order" functionality outside of the sale window. Currently if I want to send ad-hoc season tickets, perhaps to new joining players or as complimentary tickets I have to extend the sale window in order prior to sending them, if the window has already passed This adds an unnecessary step.

In Scotland the league provides access to a drive which has club assets but it would be nice to have a "global" bank of crests to pick from and only have to upload the odd one, or if I could link to our own google drive that has all the graphic assets saved.

Integrate with Mailchimp. Sync the marketing audience between Fanbase and Mailchimp. This would make it easier for clubs with a Mailchimp account to market their fans via email.
