At the moment the Priority fans option in ticket sales is only open to priority fans, or season ticket holders. Is it possible to assign this to Members?

Is it planned to provide a hyperkink to an existing club merchandise site that will appear in the match centre? That would be helpful. Thanks

Enable clubs to integrate the Fanbase buying experience into their website, so fans do not have to leave. We would use modals to drive this journey on top of the club website.

It would be nice if we could have a feature to set general venue rules that apply and shoe up for all events and season ticket type pages. For example, at our venue, pets aren't allowed. We can use the description for the single fixtures but we can't really display the venue rules to people looking to buy season tickets. I think it would look really nice to include a venue map + venue rules for both season tickets and fixtures

Hi, The membership pricing discount currently sits with a percentage decrease. Is there an option to add a fixed pounds and pence model in here please. Either the total price or the discount added to the ticket on purchase for being a current member. Regards Tom

Request for optional inclusion of a new field mandating the users telephone number (when selling season tickets for instance) in addition to other fields like email

Would it be possible to be able to edit and update an invoice before payment has been made (i.e. to update number of tickets, ticket prices, addresses etc? Currently we have to cancel the invoice and re-issue if we need to make any changes.

Ability to skip multiple steps when processing orders on the admin portal when there are large queue's

Ability for teams or complete there own adjustment on bulk printed orders for match day walk up sales.

Provide a report in the admin portal which provides a breakdown of each payout which is being sent to your club bank account. This report will provide the products which make up the payout, alongside the individual transactions.
