We had a game postponed due to the weather and decided to refund tickets. It was a long process having to go into each order and click refund. Ideally there would be a select all then "bulk action" button which has the option to refund

@ccameron Tom Gathern So we have built this for the Fanbase staff. As you can imagine, we are a little hesitant about making this self-serve. We would just need lots of 'Are you sure!' steps, as not everyone reads the modals as they navigate through certain journeys. It would not be a big lift to enable this for admins. I will get it measured by tech. In the meantime, give use a shout if you need to do it again and we can sort it for you.

As an admin, I would like the option to automatically refund all purchased orders for a fixture or event if the event is "cancelled".

Tom Gathern agreed. Michael Crawley Toms reply makes sense to me and then potentially longer term if/when you have more admin roles it could be a “super admin role” or 2 users verification to bulk refund. Maybe a rule of 1 person can bulk refund up to 5 and then over 5 it needs a 2nd person to refund.
