Michael Crawley Hi, have you got any more info on this.
It confused a few of our fans on how the process worked and also our turnstile staff too as to best explain how it all worked and what the person that received the shared ticket had to do.
Is it possible to see if a ticket has been shared in the backend?
Michael Crawley
Gavin Smith Hi Gav - would be great to get some more information here. There shouldn't be any confusion if the experience is intuitive enough.
Are you free for a short call on it? Yeah, you can see it on the back end. Both on the order of the sharer and the new order which is created for the recipient.
The person receiving the tickets clicks the link, logs-in or signs-up if they are not logged in and then clicks accept which adds the ticket to their wallet.

Michael Crawley Prepping for a match tonight, I'm around tomorrow. I haven't tested it myself yet. I think most of the confusion is the receiver not realising they have to sign up/log in to see the tickets. They kinda hope they just appear lol
Michael Crawley
Gavin Smith No worries - we are still iterating on this version but we have more info here
Noted about sign-up/log-in. One of the big benefits of driving fans to take that step is the collection of data for the organisation. It was a conscious decision, but one we can monitor.

Merged in a post:
Ticket transfers in APP
George
It would be very helpful to have in app ticket transfers for players to friends & family, from a person who bought maybe 4 tickets but 1-3 are arriving separately.
Thanks
