Allow season ticket holders/match ticket holders to release their ticket for a fixture that has sold out so it can be repurchased online if they can no longer attend the fixture.

Admin ability to set restrictions on resale price/cash back given to the supporter who has posted the seat(s) on exchange.

Original ticket QR code would need killed and a new one issued to the supporter who purchased the ticket exchange seat.
