Like a lot of clubs, we offer free personal assistant tickets to any supporter with a middle or higher rate of PIP and ask for proof of this before we allocate them a free personal assistant ticket.

In order to provide an equality and the same ticket purchase experience to a supporter not requiring a personal assistant ticket, it would be important to have the functionality to enable us to mark a Fan account as 'accessible' once we have seen the proof, which would then trigger the 'Personal Assistant' ticket type to appear for them and no one else in the app every time they wished to go on the app and purchase tickets to a fixture, season ticket, or event. When selling car parking passes it could also make a free of charge blue badge ticket type appear too.
