Membership renewal email

Our members complain about the auto-renewal of their memberships because they do not get notified before the payment is taken. There should be an email sent to notify before the renewal happens. This is mostly an issue for yearly memberships as they don't know it will automatically renew. All members should get notified before a payment is taken out of their account.

100% agree with this, we also have members who renew then find they have two memberships, just causes an admin issue to manage.
