This feature would greatly improve inclusivity and accessibility by giving all supporters the same opportunity to buy tickets online. Currently, clubs are reluctant to make personal assistant tickets available online, as they fear anyone could purchase them and it would create a lot of admin work. While Fanbase allows restrictions, clubs have no way to verify whether a purchase is genuine.
A better solution would be a feature that lets clubs flag a supporter’s account, unlocking personal assistant ticket types once they log in. Supporters could provide PIP paperwork directly to the club, which would then enable this access.
Right now, supporters who need personal assistant tickets must call the club every time they purchase, unlike others who can buy online with ease.
